Students will need to be reseated in the proctor dashboard if they receive a “Session In Use” error message or a “Breached” message when they attempt to log in.
Once in the Proctor Dashboard, a student can be reseated by following these directions:
- Find the student by entering the student’s name or State Student ID in the search bar.
- Click the menu button in the Actions column.
- Click Reseat Session.
After having clicked Reseat Session, have the student use their test ticket to log back in to the session.
Multiple students can be reseated at one time by first checking the box in the lefthand column next to their names and then clicking the Reseat Selected Session(s) button.
