How Students Login to TestNav

Quick guidance for proctors when students are signing in to TestNav for the Maine Science assessment.

Selecting the Correct Tab

- Launch the TestNav application on the student device.
- When the TestNav Home Page appears, select the tile labeled "Maine."

- Proceed to the Maine sign-in screen and have the student enter the test code and State Student ID.

If the Wrong Tab Is Selected

If a student selects the wrong customer tile, the test will not be found. This can be fixed without restarting the device.

Steps to correct the issue:
1. Select the person icon in the top-right corner of the TestNav screen.
2. Choose "Choose a different customer."

3. When returned to the TestNav Home Page, select the "Maine" tile.
4. Continue signing in using the student’s test ticket.

Proctor Reminder

- Before students log in, remind them to select the Maine tile.
- If a login error occurs, confirm the correct customer was selected before troubleshooting further.
