District and School Assessment Coordinator Accounts

Returning DACs and SACs

Returning District Assessment Coordinators (DACs) and School Assessment Coordinators (SACs) will have their accounts retained for Spring 2025.  You can access your account by navigating to the ADAM log-in screen and entering your school email and password.

If you don't remember your password, please follow the instructions in the "Forgot Password" section below.

New DACs and SACs

• New DAC accounts will be created by Maine DOE. 
  • You will receive an Welcome email from [e-mail] with your temporary link.  Check your spam folder if you're expecting one and it has not been recieved.
  • Select the link in the Welcome email to gain access to ADAM.  
  • Create a new password for your account.
  • Please note that the link in the Welcome email can only be used once.
  • The email link invitation expires after 1 week.  (7 calendar days)
• DACs will be responsible for creating the SAC and District Technology Coordinators (DTC) and remove the previous STC accounts as necessary.  See the Create, Edit, and Remove Other ADAM Users article

How to Log In

Once your user account is created and you have set your password, you can access ADAM at https://adamexam.com. The Login page will have options for Student, Proctor, and Administrator logins.

• Enter your username and password in the Login area on the left.

Select “Login” to access ADAM.

How to Log Off

1	Find your username initials in the top right of the ADAM page. In this example, the username initials are SD . Select the circle to see the options in the menu.
2	Select the “Logout” button.
3	The “Logout” button takes you back to the login page https://adamexam.com

Forgot Your Password

If you have forgotten your ADAM Password, you can request to have the password reset.

1	Select “Forgot password?” from the Login screen.
2	Enter your email address associated with to your ADAM account, Check the reCAPTCHA box, Select Send Reset Email
3	You will receive an email from [e-mail] that contains a temporary link.
4	Select the link in the welcome email to gain access to ADAM. You will be asked to create a new password for your account. Please note that the password link in the welcome email can only be used once. The email link expires after 24 hours.
