This is a reminder to Maine Science/ADAM platform users with the roles of District Assessment Coordinators (DACs), Technology Coordinators, and School Assessment Coordinators (SACs) that you may find it beneficial to run a post-administration “participation” or session completion report.
You need to log into ADAM using your administrator log in to run these reports. Your access to ADAM and ability to run these reports will be removed on Tuesday, September 13, 2022.
Please run your progress/participation reports by close-of-day 09/13/22, as your ability to log into ADAM will be disabled.
This document instructs you on how to pull participation numbers for your school(s)/district(s). The below example shows the results put into a simple chart demonstrating overall participation rates by grade and Session.
Submitted: This is the count of students in ADAM who were added to a class (rostered) and submitted the specified assessment (session). Any student who started a session was automatically submitted.
Not Started: This is the count of students in ADAM who were added to a class (rostered) and did NOT start the specified assessment (session).
Total: The sum of submitted and not started students (unrostered students were not included).
Participation: Submitted divided by Total (displayed as a percent).
