Creating An Alias Proctor Group (7.5 min)

This training video is a companion to the training manual titled "ADAM Platform User Guide."  The steps we review in this video are also described in detail in this manual.

This training will help District Assessment Coordinators (DACs) and School Assessment Coordinators (SACs) understand how to create smaller proctor groups than the automatically created proctor groups which are by default a class. This video is from the perspective of a School Assessment Coordinator. 

Before you have the opportunity to create Alias Proctor Groups, all your classes should be created and your students rostered.  Once those steps are completed, the Proctor Groups are automatically added to the four (4) Administrations for each class. By Default, the proctor groups will match the classes you created during the rostering process.
