Q: If a student finishes a session in less than three allotted time, can they start the next session early?
A: MDOE does not recommend having individual students move on to the next session while others in the group are still working. If all students in a group finish before the 60 minutes is over, then the entire group can move onto the next session.
Q: Can everyone be in 1 group (all of grade 5, about 200 students)? If proctors are actively proctoring (as in walking around and monitoring) they do not necessarily need to monitor session progress online, correct?
A: Hypothetically, everyone can be in one group schools have control over how many students they put into a class. Practically, it is not recommended to have that many in a class.

Q: Are there any major changes from administering last year to this year?
A: Biggest change is the admin card looks different than it did last year. Still has the same information, but it is organized different. There are two Print Cards on the admin card now. Use the Print Cards in the Students section to print the student test cards.
Q: Do we have to wait for the window to open before we can see the cards for the kids and proctors?
A: Admins opened on April 24th with access to print cards.
Q: The preferred name is a great update. Krista - any plans for the other assessments to include that? (NWEA, through-year?)
A: We have been in discussions this year with NWEA about including a preferred name field in their platform. Our hope is that we will be able to implement this feature in their platform in the future.
